A few people have asked this recently, so here’s a guide to posting on a Page as yourself, rather than as the Page (Facebook’s default setting).  

Go to the Page and click ‘Manage’ in the top right corner > Select ‘Edit Page’ from the drop down > Click ‘Your Settings’ from the menu on the left > uncheck the Posting Preferences box which states “Always comment and post on your page as [Page name] even when using Facebook as [your name].”

Then, when you do need to use Facebook as the Page, click on the down arrow drop down button on the top right of the Page, right of the ‘Home’ button > Select the Page you’d like to use Facebook as from the ‘Use Facebook As:” menu.

When you’re done, repeat the process but select to use Facebook as yourself.
