UX is a really big word when you take into account all the disciplines it entails. Some people actually spend years at Uni to study UX and master all I’s elements. It is the starting- and end point of any idea, business or experience. Not integrating UX, is like solving a problem that nobody has.
It is not a verb. Although thinking of it as a verb, is good in the sense that it implies action. But it’s not a verb in the sense that it’s an occurrence. Very often, especially in Australia, UX is a way for agencies to differentiate themselves… It’s like taking pride in the fact that the website you developed integrates with social networks. It’s a given right?
UX is crucial. It has to do with customer loyalty, conversion, retention, viral experiences, solving problems, and happy users.
