Get a photo from a dodgy street camera of a villain getting away with murder. Get some one to look over your shoulder and say. “Wait a minute, enhance that.” And then some magic special filter runs and turns the totally pixelated photo into a crystal clear image of the villian. What a load of rubbish?! Well apparently not anymore.
