Dell are set to launch two new social media campaigns:
1. “Trade your dinosaur for a Dell”
People post pictures of themselves with their old laptop and post a story. People then vote on the best story, with the winner receiving a new Dell laptop.
2. Swarm
Allows 15 or more people to “swarm” together to buy laptops at a discounted price. The more people you recruit to the swarm over 72 hours, the bigger the discount.
They will also be running Facebook media to drive traffic to the offers.
