New social media app, HeyLets.com, that says it will “change the way we review online” has launched in Australia. Launching locally on November 21, due to launch in US soon, the app connects you to recommendations tailored to your interests and lets you share your experiences, in only 140 characters and a photo, with friends and like-minded people who are nearby. The app aims to make “the process of discovery more social” and is a positive platform, with only experiences worth trying shared. Users can follow experts and celebrities and can also search ‘trending’ experiences. HeyLets, a free iPhone app, was created by Justin Parfitt, the founder of Fast Impressions, with Zanui’s co-founder Dean Kelly brought on board to help launch the app.
