Devin Coldewey presents an interestingly detailed opinion on where he thinks Google went wrong with Google+, and some valid points on how they could have possibly done better and got there without disappointing so many people. I don’t think his opinion of growing disdain for the industry giant is that of the masses though – only of the relatively technical elite who follow and understand the details of the big business behind these ventures. The masses after all, apparently didn’t even hear of Google+!
