And the poor ol’ PC? Well… I guess we can make do with Steam.

  1. Thanks Terry, I hadn’t seen that before.

    I guess Windows is such an loose architecture for running programs, compared to sealed systems such as the iPhone, that it will always require a DRM/wrapper framework to distribute apps. I am interested that Microsoft have never explored this route – at least so we don’t all have to learn yet another SDK!

  2. And now Microsoft are suing Apple for trying to trademark the general term “App Store”!

    They guess that Microsoft want to change their Windows Phone 7 Marketplace to App Store…
