I went to see this at the Science Museum yesterday, (also where I found the mega-awesome Cray -1 of the Cray ‘Supercomputers’ variety) I couldn’t help but be mildly disappointed with this exhibition (Google, not Cray) It felt like overly futuristic ‘smoke and mirrors’ take on some quite basic concepts.Museums rarely get this technology presentation thing right I guess because they are trying to deliver the message mass market.
Anyway off to Richmond Pool today to get a snap of the original “Deep End” sign. Later.
