I came across this little tip that all gmail users should know about. I don’t see why outlook can’t adopt this (unless it already has in later versions then 2007 which I am still on).
When replying or forwarding email you don’t always want or need the other person the whole entire chain of emails. I Know have had to go through emails with a fine tooth comb just to find the one line that is relevent to me. Next time you are forwarding or replying:
1. Select the text you are replying to in Gmail.
2. Hit the reply or forward button.
3. Boom! Only the selected text will be quoted. Reply at will.
