The happy day has finally come – it’s IPv6’s 0th birthday today!
So are we using IPv6 suddenly? Are you? Has the internet of things finally arrived? Can my toaster tweet now?
No, of course not but I’m interested to read some tips on how to make it happen and see IPv6 tools popping up to help us see where the weak points are in the chain. So our first port of call is Internode/iiNet and see whether they can provide us with a shiny new IP address yet, then see how much of our network’s outer defences will need upgrading.
Now, how do I explain this to the bean counters…
