Vogue Fashion’s Night Out is an annual event which sees every store in the city fill with champagne, canapés, celebrities, competitions in ultimate celebration of fashion and shopping.
With over 300 stores participating, don’t both driving in to the city this Thursday, the 5th of September. Thousands of people congregate in the city from 5pm onwards to go store hopping – and why wouldn’t you? From David Jones launching Megan Gale’s new swimwear collection, Isola, (yes, she will be there) to ASOS encouraging you to get married to your favourite piece of clothing from the new collection: be romantic and walk down the aisle with your beautiful moment being captured by a wedding photographer – then you might even win the piece which will be shipped to your door.
VFNO has always been big on instagram, which is the only way you can participate in the countless competitions running on the night. Hermès will have a silk photobooth, Armani Exchange will be seeking you out to get snapped on their media wall to share instantly via Facebook for a chance to win a $1000 A/X Gift Voucher, head to Versace to enter a draw to win a watch.
Zara will have DJs and a roaming Polaroid photographer, Dior will have Moet and Chandon refreshments, MontBlanc invites you to meet fashion illustrator Megan Hess and to receive a signed print of iconic ‘The MontBlanc Woman’ illustration and Westfield will be overrun with 15 shirtless Westfield Hunks.
