I just came across an interesting article about how consumers respond better to brands that portray human-like traits:
More and more, brands are gaining traction by embracing qualities like honesty, kindness, and simply having a sense of humor about themselves.
Also an interesting look at a brand that is committing to being open and honest about their environmental footprint.
